Self-catering cottage located on the first and second floors of the owners' house, in a neighborhood just steps from the towpath and the banks of the Nive River in Ustaritz, 13 km from Bayonne.
Ground floor: separate entrance.
First floor: living area including a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher), living room, lounge area, shower room (washing machine), and toilet.
Second floor: 1 attic bedroom (1 queen-size bed). All-inclusive package: gas heating included, cleaning fee included, beds made upon arrival, towels and linens provided.
Wi-Fi internet access.
Shared courtyard and garden with garden furniture and a griddle.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous avons été très bien accueillis, le gîte est très agréable, bien aménagé et très bien équipé.L'endroit est également très bien situé pour rayonner au pays basque, y compris pour des incursions en Espagne. Entre les beautés naturelles et architecturales, ce ne sont pas les visites qui manquent.

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dans ce gîte bien agencé et très bien équipé.Gîte très calme et bien situé pour visiter la région.Monique est une propriétaire à la fois accueillante et discrète. Ses pâtes à l'ail sont excellentes. Sans oublier les cadeaux de bienvenue. Tout est réuni pour passer un très agréable séjour.
