"DE CAROLIS TERRACE" is a luxurious, spacious apartment located very close to the VATICAN in the HEART OF ROME, spanning over 150 square metres on the second floor of the elegant and prestigious "Balduina" residential area. The apartment is very close to the historic centre but also far enough away from the traffic and noise of the city centre. De Carolis Terrace has 2 triple bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning that can be controlled via Wi-Fi. There is also a beautiful living room with two large sofas, sleeping up to 8 people, and a lovely flower-filled terrace with a table and chairs. The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It comes complete with bath and bed linens, a hair dryer, a gas stove with an electric oven and a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a TV, and central heating. There is a partner garage in the immediate vicinity and a sports centre. It is located about a 20-minute walk from St. Peter’s and is well-connected to the historic centre. The bus stop for line 990 is right outside the building, and the Balduina metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s very close to bars, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery
banks, etc. We can provide a shuttle service to and from the airport for a fee. Wi-Fi is free 24 hours a

- TERRACE: a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs where it’s very pleasant to relax in the evening;
The apartment has been recently renovated.
Bedding and a complete set of 3 towels, including a bath towel, are provided for each guest.
Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Other times may be requested, if possible
Check-out is before 10 a.m.

The place is exactly as advertised -- spacious, comfortable, in a neighborhood that feels safe and is a reasonable ride to a lot of attractions. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed anything. We had a great 10-day stay and would definitely recommend it.
