There are four bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the ground floor, all with private bathrooms.
The ground-floor bedrooms include a non-air-conditioned service room, as well as a kitchen, a dining room with a TV, and a spacious living room—also equipped with a TV—which opens directly onto the porch facing the private park and the polo field.
Outdoors
Villa Capinera is a typical and elegant 400-square-meter Maremma residence with a private park just a short walk from the sea.
Location & surroundings
Located in the exclusive residential area of Punta Ala, it is ideal for a relaxing family holiday in perfect harmony with the pine forest and Mediterranean scrub that surround it.
The main feature guests will notice during their stay is the relationship between humans and nature that Punta Ala has managed to maintain over the years in an almost perfect, magical balance. Colours, scents, and peace are the focal points of this type of holiday.
