Please be aware that this is a real home we are renting out while away, so there are certain personal belongings around. It's not a staged Short-Term space.
Playgrounds and family facilities, friendly, carfree inside, private location but in the city of Graz. Parking space is available. Public transport (BUS, BIM) in front of the door (to inner city about 20 min).
Airport Vienna is reachable from Train Graz-Vienna or with hourly Flixbus
Depending on the time you arrive there might be laundry hanging obove the stairway to dry. If that is a issue for please let me know and I will take of it.

Een groot appartement.
We hebben het terras zelf schoon gemaakt.
Steeds vragen om te betalen. De laatste betaling van 326,60 moet nog gedaan worden.
We zien met belangstelling de e-mail met een link tegemoet.
De sleutel past ook op appartement 16/15 het eerste appartement dat we tegen kwamen.

Saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung mit Spielplatz auf dem Gelände der Wohnanlage. Spielzeug war auch vorhanden, was unseren Zweijährigen gefreut hat. Wir waren zuerst irritiert, dass es eine private Unterkunft mit persönlichen Sachen ist, aber das war natürlich nicht schlimm. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Mit Öffis ist man schnell in der Stadt.

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Die Betten sind bequem und die ist Wohnung gemütlich und hat eine angenehme Größe. Zum Frühstücken konnten wir auf der Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne sitzen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
