Available for seasonal rental: Bel-Air, a unique residence just a few strides from the shops of the charming little town of Salbris.
This large mansion, completely renovated between 2017 and 2019 is ideally located in the heart of Sologne and allows for optimum cultural and sporting influence: riders will appreciate its proximity to the Equestrian Park of Lamotte-Beuvron (15 minutes) and hunters , its perfect location, near magnificent areas and the Game-fair.
The castles of Chambord, Cheverny or Villesavin are only a few kilometers away. Its authentic charm and its park, will also satisfy the most strollers who simply wish to rest and have a good time with family or friends. The large 30m2 kitchen offers gourmets a perfect space to prepare meals that will be served on the large table that can accommodate up to 12 people.
Last renovation, the attic which will be the place from the end of 2019 of a large play area, a second living room and an extra bedroom. Tourist taxes, linen and cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the rental price.

Spacious, quiet and well equipped house in a good location. Close to all that Salbris has to offer including bars, shops, restaurants and open spaces. Quick access to good roads that make it easy to get around this part of the Loire Valley.
