Clean and as described, no major problems. Parking is 2 minutes walk and has to be paid for but only 6 maximum for a whole day. Local supermarket 3 minutes walk away. City centre 10 minutes walk so location is excellent

Everything about this property was great. There were a few minor issues. One was the metal strip keeping down the carpet leading to the small bedroom had some screws sticking up.
