The apartment is in the centre of Newhaven (meaning "New Harbor"), a Historical and Conservation area of Edinburgh.
It is one of few apartments in historical fisherman cottages. It is a bright, romantic, clean and quiet lovely house with its private entrance.
This Bright Apartment has just been renovated. Its offer you a lovely and quiet place where to rest after a busy day around. There are two bedrooms, in the opposite parts of the apartment, so you can have a lot of privacy. You have a spacious living room, a lovely kitchenette and sparkling bathroom.
Newhaven is a beautiful and peaceful place where you can find everything you need but out of the noise and busiest roads. It is also part of Leith and in 5 minutes walk you can be in Ocean Terminal with is Shopping Centre, Omni centre if you enjoy cinema.
In the same street you can find a traditional Scottish pub, a Fishmonger, a Hairdresser, a good Cafe, take away, bike rental and a lot more. Climbing gym, Fitness centre, Swimming Pool, big Asda just 2 minutes away.
IMPORTANT The City Of Edinburgh Council set a Tourist Levy of 5% on the basic nightly price of the first 5 days of the stay. It will apply on booking made from the 1 October 2025 on stay from the 24 July 2026.
So if you book today (2/10/25) a stay on Jan 26 you will not be charged. If you book today for Sept 26 you will have to pay the 5%. If night stay is 130x4=520 you will pay £26 extra. I will send you money request for the TAX if apply.

Everything was fine, the apartment itself and the surrounding with restaurants, pubs, supermarket and so on.For breakfast we can recommend The Haven!I only missed the personal contact for check in. But we arrived late.

It was a cozy 2 bedroom apartment, very close to the pet and fish market. Very close to bus stops and about 30 mins away from the royal mile from the bus.

Wonderful apartment.Everything you need is there. Bus connection to the city center is nearby. Roberta was very nice and the contact was super quick and friendly. Perfect for a long weekend in Edinburgh. Thank you Roberta for the Goddies and the great time we were able to have
