Lovely house in the heart of a marina, renovated in 2016, ideally located 12 km from Calvi and Ile-Rousse, in Balagne. It is made up of 4 rooms: 3 bedrooms, a living room with American kitchen, a bathroom, a large terrace with sea view and 2 gardens. A first garden at the back of the house in bloom with traditional Corsican flowers and plants and a second at the bottom of the terrace with outdoor shower and barbecue.
Bedrooms :
A large bedroom on the ground floor with en160 bed and a desk (with folding baby bed if necessary)
A classic bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed
Upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds
The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have large closets.
Terrace:
A large table with extension (6/8 guests) and parasol

À deux pas de la plage, c'est vraiment une atmosphère de vacance.Situé entre Calvi et Île rousse, nous avons pu profiter de la mer et la montagne.L'accueil était chaleureux et facile.Merci pour ce bon moment dans cette île de beauté.

Super Ferien in Saint Ambroggio. Charmantes Reihenhäuschen mit tollem Meerblick und Blick auf den kleinen Yachhafen von der Terrasse aus. 1 min zu Fuß zum schönen Strand, ganz klasse zum Baden. Isabelle war uns eine sehr liebenswerte und sympathische Gastgeberin, merci beaucoup et a bientôt !

Maison idéalement située entre Calvi et L’île Rousse pour visiter la Balagne. La plage de sable fin est accessible à pied de la maison. Florence notre hôte est charmante et a répondu à nos attentes. Le mois de mai est une période idéale pour séjourner à Lumio : tranquillité et mer suffisamment bonne pour se baigner.
