We were the first to build a house in this suggestive space in 2011. We now have some neighbors around but the surroundings are always very quiet.

The house is located just outside the village of Villaverde at the foot of an ancient volcano. Next to a natural park.

It is an eco-friendly house, made with materials in the forefront.
With photovoltaic system and water purification for reuse.
We also collect rainwater.

The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, as it has two double rooms (one of them with private bathroom).

The terrace of wood measuring 12 x 4 meters. It's a perfect space for yoga sessions among other things.
From the top of the island to the most beautiful skys of this island: the colorful sunsets to the delicate auroras.

There is a private pool measuring 7. 5m x 3. 5m (25m2) with solarium area in the garden for extreme relaxation moments.

We are located in the north of the island. The distance is almost the same: about 15 km (there is neither traffic nor traffic lights, then you can reach the various places quickly but in the whole relaxation).

There are vast beaches of white sand or black volcanic sand.
Then you can choose from the ocean with large or beautiful waves or beautiful lagoons or colored dream pools.
