In the heart of a medieval village in a green area two hundred meters from the historic center, villa of more than 200 m² on a plot of 2000 m² enclosed and wooded with swimming pool (9 m x 4 m) out of sight.
Numerous terraces allow you to enjoy a panoramic view.
Four separate and independent bedrooms, 3 toilets and two bathrooms.
House labeled four keys holiday.
Table football, bowling alley and BBQ... Living room and office Air-conditioned.
New: the four bedrooms are now air-conditioned for summer 2022. Cleaning fee 150 euros.
Linen provided (sheets and towels). Geographically very well located between the sea (Aigues Mortes, the Grau du Roi, ) and the Cévennes (Florac, the Mas de la Barque). Nîmes is thirty minutes away and Montpellier is less than an hour's drive away.
Our small city cars such as Uzès (Pont du Gard and canoe), Sommières and Anduze are very popular with holidaymakers for their local markets.
Between vineyards and fields, olive trees and cypresses, hiking and mountain bike trails await you in a peaceful environment.
Minimum 3 nights rental outside school holidays.
Minimum 4 nights for All Saints' Day, winter and spring holidays.
No rentals for Christmas and New Year's Day. Weekly July and August.

De très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Bruno, qui avait prévu de gentilles attentions pour nous. Un plaisir de découvrir les lits faits, beaucoup de charme côté piscine. Le coin chambre parentale au rdc était très pratique pour la configuration de notre famille. Une vue à couper le souffle sur la vallée et le village. Bref séjour trop court !

Très bonne semaine passée dans une maison agréable et bien équipée. Très bonne relation avec le propriétaire Bruno. Bonne localisation à côté d'un village plein de charme au sein d'une région présentant de nombreuses richesses.
