With a surface area of 220 m² fully air-conditioned with four spacious bedrooms and a large swimming pool, it will allow you to meet with family or friends in pleasant comfort.
On the ground floor you will have two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, a TV lounge and a large open living area including dining room, living room and kitchen of more than 70 m² overlooking the two gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The ground floor consists of a playroom/extra sleeping area as well as a bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms.
