Climb a few stone steps to enter this house consisting of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, dining area and a TV area. At the end of the corridor a separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a large wall cupboard. Next to it is a bathroom with WC, towel dryer and a large shower. Outside, at the foot of the steps, a small furnished terrace with flowers. At the end of the dead end, go down a few steps to access a meadow along the river. It's a peaceful place.

Access to the property is just a stone's throw from a main road and parking is private in front of the house. Be careful, the place called "cornillé is on 2 dead ends. Take the one indicating "cornillé n°1 to 9"

Key management is done independently. The house concierge remains available by telephone if necessary.

By the A10: 30 minutes from the Chambray les Tours exit, take direction Loches, Châteauroux.
