Cocoonr offers this charming 20 m² studio apartment with sea view for rent in La Richardais, just outside Dinard, less than 500 metres from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a balcony where you can enjoy the view and the sea air.
Bed linen and towels not provided, available on request.

The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, double bed (140×190) on the mezzanine, and dining area. - An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, extractor fan, fridge, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc. - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside: - A balcony of approx. 3 m², facing South/East with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in La Richardais, on the outskirts of Dinard, in the "Les Balcons de la Rance" residence.
You can get to the centre of Dinard and enjoy the beaches in less than 5 minutes, in a very pleasant environment.
The Rance dam is 3 minutes away, as is ST Malo Intra Muros in 15 minutes.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby. Activities : Dinard, a charming little town on the Emerald Coast, is one of France's oldest seaside resorts.
A popular and renowned destination, Dinard has nevertheless managed to keep its authenticity and the beauty of its landscapes intact. Don't miss the great beach of Saint Enogat, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities, including miniature golf, a beach club, a sailing school and restaurants.
If you're looking for a more secluded spot, the town is full of small sheltered coves. Stroll along the legendary Promenade du Clair de Lune to watch the sun set, browse the local markets for some of the region's famous delicacies, or take one of the shuttle buses to the Channel Islands, which you may have spotted in the distance from the promenade. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park with a numbered space (25) that can accommodate 1 vehicle. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint Malo station, about 10 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport, about 7 minutes' drive away. Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Stairs to mezzanine bed. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
