- 1 bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and toiletries.
- Private panoramic terrace with sea views and sunset views.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, mosquito screens, linens, and private on-site parking.
Our guests will also have full access to all of the villa’s outdoor spaces, the private car park, and the spacious panoramic garden with a gazebo, relaxation area, outdoor thermal shower, and Hot Spa Jacuzzi overlooking the sea and sunset.
THE VILLA:
“Villa Titina - Sunset Apartments” is an exclusive villa with ocean views, comprising traditional private apartments nestled in the lush hills of Forio d’Ischia. It was created to provide moments of absolute relaxation and privacy for those who love nature and seek refuge from the chaos of urban centers. It boasts privileged panoramic views of the sea and is the ideal place to enjoy Ischia’s wonderful sunsets. A perfect secret retreat on the “Green Island,” for your holidays and remote work!
THE AREA:
Nestled in a natural oasis and surrounded by breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, Villa Titina – Sunset Apartments is located about 900 metres from the bus stop; therefore, we recommend that our guests rent a scooter or car to explore the island of Ischia in the best possible way.
The property can arrange rentals through an external agency, delivering the vehicle directly on-site upon request. Private parking is free.
THE LOCATION:
Via Corbaro in the “Bocca” area is one of the most characteristic streets on the island of Ischia; surrounded by vast vineyards and ancient green tuff “parracine,” it still preserves its authentic Ischian and Mediterranean character. Abundant with traditional restaurants, it offers a breathtaking view and is the ideal place to enjoy the colours of Ischia’s sunset. The numerous trails leading to the Santa Maria forest and Mount Epomeo are famous, offering access to the island’s highest and most scenic vantage points.
The villa is located a short distance from: Citara Bay, Ravino Gardens, La Mortella Gardens, Poseidon Thermal Gardens, city centre Forio d’Ischia, the village of Sant’Angelo, Sorgeto Bay, Negombo Thermal Park, Cava dell’Isola Beach, Chiaia Beach, San Francesco Beach, Mount Epomeo, and the Santa Maria Woods. The area is also ideal for long walks in the countryside and hiking.
THE TEAM:
We will do our best to make our guests’ experience as comfortable as possible and will be happy to be at their complete disposal for anything they need. We’ll also provide all the information you need to experience the island of Ischia to the fullest and make our guests feel right at home. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Inside the house, you’ll find a list of the best restaurants on Ischia and the top attractions you won’t want to miss.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
At check-in, you must pay the tourist tax in cash—1 or 2 EUR per person per day (depending on the season)—and present valid identification.
You can book a private transfer from Capodichino Airport or Napoli Centrale Station to Villa Titina. The transfer must be booked at least 4 days prior to arrival.
The property is not available for parties or bachelor/hen nights.
