Close to a water park, ice skating and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach.
With convenient covered on-site parking, you'll be ready to make the 9-minute drive to Pont-Neuf de Carcassonne or the 10-minute drive to Château Comtal. Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sunloungers!), relax by the heated pool or sip a drink in the garden of this 1529-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio.
When you come inside, connect to the free Wi-Fi or get cosy in front of the cable/satellite TV (video library available). There's also a stereo for your enjoyment. A dining area, a barbecue, air conditioning and a printer are featured at this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom rental.
Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, towels and toilet paper.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a lobster pot. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Very comfortable villa, well equipped. Thankful for the newly installed air conditioning. Richard who welcomed us was very helpful and friendly. One minor comment - it was difficult to get some shade from the sun when relaxing on the loungers so parasols or gazebo would have been very useful. But 10 out of 10!

Good property in a lovely area close to the Canal du Midi with different restaurants. Had everything we needed, modern and comfortable. Richard promptly helped with one or two problems.

Excellent property. Home from home. Nothing lacking except possibly air conditioning. However, all facilities and pool of high standard. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.
