We cordially invite you to visit our 32-meter studio.
The studio is located in the basement, but it is bright and well-ventilated.
There is a 160-cm-wide double bed (with a new Emma mattress) and a 90-cm single bed, which is situated in an alcove and is thus separated from the main sleeping area.
This ensures a certain degree of privacy even for multiple guests (such as coworkers).
The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine on the ground floor is available for shared use. The bathroom has a shower. Part of the large garden (about half) can be used for playing and relaxing.
Please feel free to ask for a desk and an office chair or a cot. Both can be provided upon request.
Due to access via an outdoor staircase, this accommodation is not suitable for older guests or those with mobility limitations.

Klein aber fein. Tolles sauberes Appartment, für 3 Personen und großem Hund völlig ausreichend für einen Kurzurlaub. Gastgeber nett und Abwicklung unkompliziert. Gerne wieder

The property was in a perfect location and the garden was excellent for my dog, except there were baby hedgehogs so I was unable to let him off the lead, but that was no-one's fault!
Description for the property states there is a Washing Machine when in fact it is a Dishwasher - very different!
