Located 14 km from Sarlat and 4 km from Cénac (shops), this detached 70 m² house is close to other houses and a Gîtes de France property (ref. 24G720120).
The raised ground floor (12 steps) comprises a living room with kitchenette, fireplace insert, sofa, and TV; two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with one double bed); a shower room; and a separate WC.
Electric heating.
The enclosed 320 m² garden includes garden furniture and a barbecue.
Linens are included.
Towels are €3 per person per change, and bed linens are €10 per bed per change.
End-of-stay cleaning is €60.
Heating consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day is €0.15 per additional kWh.
Firewood is €60 per stere.

Baby equipment: 1 cot. The two gîtes (24G150120 and 24G720120) are independent houses, each situated on a private, enclosed plot of land, adjoining the others and separated by a hedge.
A gate between the two gîtes makes it easy to rent the entire property for two families or for stays with friends.
