Emplacement idéal sur la digue. Le balcon est un plus mais trop petit pour vraiment en profiter. Mais il a le mérite d'être là. L'accueil et le service (petits électrons, set vaisselle, petites attention pour nos chiens...) sont très bons. L'appartement manque un peu de suivi d'entretien (quelques petites réparations à effectuer). La literie est excellente.

Toilette espace non conforme beaucoup trop petit inconfortable inférieur à 1.5 m2, genoux touchent la porte une fois assis. Porte d'entrée de l'immeuble plus fonctionnelle gond du bas de la porte arraché fermeture automatique avec interphone plus utilisable.Manque de sécurité.

super appartement vue sur mer ; seul problème la hauteur du balcon ( étions au 7 eme ) une marche d environ 40 cm pour y accéder. étant handicape, pas facile pour y monter ni pour en descendre
