Porte d'entrée de l'immeuble , hors service ; hall d'entrée avec au rez-de-chaussée une odeur permanente des poubelles stockées dans un local mal ventilé .Appartement spacieux et propre , mais porte de douche défectueuse ainsi que le porte savon , mur de la salle d'eau à rafraichir par endroits .Très bonne literie .

Eclairage insuffisant dans la sdb, manque de crochets dans les chambres et sdb (2).
Manque de boulangeries et magasins d'alimentation à proximité de l'appartement.
