Ground floor: Living room with lounge area, Wi-Fi internet access, and a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a central island/dining table for 6 people. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Shower room. Separate WC. First floor: One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Shower room with WC. Electric heating. Garden furniture, 6 sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue. Baby equipment available on request: travel cot, baby bath, high chair. Table tennis, board games. Unfenced grounds: 200 m² garden and a large meadow of over 1500 m² for outdoor games. Linens, end-of-stay cleaning, and electricity are included. Towels €5/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. Electric vehicle charging point. The Gîte des Combettes is located in a former farmhouse, fully renovated in 2016. It is situated in a very quiet hamlet in close proximity to the tourist sites of the Périgord Noir region. The Vézère Valley is 7 km away at Le Bugue, Montignac-Lascaux is 28 km away, and Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, the capital of Prehistory, is 4 km away. The Dordogne Valley (castles, villages listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France," fortified towns, remarkable gardens, etc.) and Sarlat, a medieval city with exceptional heritage, are 18 km away. Hiking and mountain biking trails start on site.
