The pool area is shared with the owners.
The 10x5-m pool (with temperate water by solar power, and 1.10 - 1.60 m depth) with a bench is completely gated (automatic roller shutter according to current safety standards), and there is a marble terrace (130 sq.m), sun loungers, tables, armchairs, chairs, and a toilet in the pool house.
The terrace is partially roofed.
There are 3 bicycles available with antitheft devices.
You will be close to the fitness trail (green area).
The house offers free Wi-Fi access.
House linen is provided.
The parking space reserved for tenants is roofed.
There is also a playground with swings.
