Fabulous flat located at the foot of Ris beach, in Noja in a very recently built building which is part of the Apartamentos Pineda complex, on the first floor and with sea views. It has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 beds of 90), fully equipped kitchen with terrace, living room with sofa bed, tv. and terrace. It is complemented with full bathroom, garage (basement floor of the building // never guaranteed to fit all sizes of cars), heating, bed linen, towels, etc.. Fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, iron, toaster, mixer and kitchenware are included in the flat. The centre of Noja (Town Hall square) is 850 metres away and in the surrounding 200 metres there is a park, shops, golf course, sports centre, restaurants, etc. Noja is undoubtedly one of the main attractions of the Cantabrian coast and its spectacular beaches are well known. Just half an hour's drive away you can visit the Cabárceno Park, Santander, Laredo, Santoña, Castro Urdiales, etc. Undoubtedly a strategic point for a beach and tourism holiday.
