"La Vigne" is a charming old stone detached house of 120m2 with a fenced garden of 1200 m2 and a private heated swimming pool*, comfortably accommodating 10 people (and possibly two additional children under 1 year old). It is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Only 15 minutes from the city centre on foot, enjoy a peaceful, green and relaxing environment while being close to the historic centre with its famous markets and shops.
Out of season you can also rent only the ground floor and its 2 bedrooms - Contact us for more information.

- air-conditioned living room with fireplace and Smart TV with Chromecast
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm
- an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 190 cm
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
- a pantry with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron
Upstairs:
- a large family room of 20m2 air-conditioned with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and two single beds of 90 x 190 cm
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed
- a bathroom with WC
- a landing with office/flexible space
Outside:
- HEATED POOL*, private, 8 x 4m, open from April to the end of October, salt, with curtain, fence and beach in Turkish stone.
- Pretty enclosed garden of 1200 m² with garden table, armchairs, hammock, barbecue and plancha.
- Private parking
* Heated swimming pool from the end of May to the end of September depending on the weather. To heat the pool outside this period, a supplement will be applied.
INCLUDED in the rental price:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Basic cleaning products and condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices)
• Baby pack: cot, high chair, foot function (remember to book it!)

Anastasia & Simon's beautiful house was a perfect location for a family vacation and base to explore the area. We were three generations spending a long weekend in Sarlat, and the house was excellently equipped to handle everyone's needs, from toddlers to grandparents. Communication was excellent, would definitely stay here the next time we're in Sarlat!
