Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- dog 30 €
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)
incl. electricity till 85 kwh/week, gas till 5 cbm/week and water till 9 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay extra)
Between November till May the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption - as well internet per monthly price.
The Space:
Wonderful holiday home with a fantastic sea and panoramic view with private pool.
A very nice house in a quiet residential area. The house has a spacious pool terrace (with sea view) with a large parasol and a cozy seating area. A mobile electric grill is available to tenants.
There is parking for two cars on the property.
There is gas central heating for the winter months. Internet via wifi is available for tenants.
Babycot and high chair available.
The house has a spacious entrance hall with sea views, living-dining room with large air conditioning (which is sufficient for the adjoining bedrooms), 3 bedrooms (1 fan), kitchen, 2 bathrooms (including 1 en-suite).
From the dining area you have access to another terrace with a dining table and a wonderful sea view.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.
Getting Around:
The house is located near two typical Spanish villages. There is a good restaurant within walking distance, a supermarket and other shops around 2.5 km. There are several different beautiful sandy beaches around 8 - 10 km away (12 - 15 minutes by car).
The distance to the beautiful city Gandia is about 8 km.
There are very beautiful hiking trails in the vicinity - and for the summer in about 1.5 - 2 km a mountain stream, which forms small water basins, where you can also swim.
Horsereding 3 km away.
Other Things to Note:
Small dog till 8 kg (and minimum 1 year old) by request. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
