Here, you will explore a 50-hectare estate of vineyards and woods, and walk a portion of the Camino de Santiago.

A few kilometers away is the village of Montréal, overlooking the Aude plain and the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which you can explore on foot or by bicycle.

From the cottage, you can discover the cultural and gastronomic riches of the Aude department (the village of Fanjeaux, the Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours, the book village of Montolieu, or the Abbeys of Saint-Papoul and Saint-Hilaire).

A few kilometers further, you will find yourself in Ariège at the famous Mirepoix market, or under the ramparts of the Cité de Carcassonne, just 25 minutes away.

Upon request, the owners can recommend good local wine tasting spots. On-site, you can enjoy the garden and park shared with the owners, as well as the pétanque court for enjoyable games, with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees mountain range.

From May 1st to October 30th, you can cool off in the owners' swimming pool (6x12 m, depth from 1.20 to 2.50 m), open from mid-May to the end of September depending on the weather, complete with sun loungers and a pool house with a shower and toilet.

A game room is also available with ping-pong tables, foosball, etc. The cottage includes on the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living area with a TV and pellet stove. A private terrace with garden furniture and a plancha. A separate toilet. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed and its own shower room.
