Throughout the year, you can take part in festivities in Carcassonne (magic of Christmas, music festival, féria...). A swimming pool is less than 5 minutes away for a refreshing swim. There are several must-see places around Carcassonne to visit: Lac de la Cavayère, Montagne Noire landscapes, typical villages (Montolieu, Caunes-Minervois, Lagrasse...).

The gîte has a private terrace with garden furniture, ideal for taking full advantage of the magnificent view of one of the world's most famous monuments. The loft opens onto a small airlock on the ground floor which leads directly to the 1st floor where there is a large living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed for 2 extra people and a connected TV. There is also a dining table and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen. The living room opens directly onto the terrace. On the second floor, a bedroom opening onto the living room in the form of a master suite with a 140x190cm bed and an en suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Air-conditioning.
