A south-facing terrace sheltered by a roof is ideal for outdoor meals. In front of the pool is a pool house equipped with a kitchenette and plancha for waterside meals. A 100 m2 travertine pool deck with garden furniture and sun loungers invites you to laze around, while more sporty types can go walking or cycling in the surrounding area or along the banks of the Canal du Midi. Lac du Lampy is 10km away and is a great place for swimming. Shops and restaurants in Bram 10km away. The gite comprises: air-conditioned living room/kitchen opening onto a large 45m² sheltered terrace and garden, garden furniture and barbecue, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and en-suite shower rooms and WC. Garage and utility room. Electric heating extra. Cleaning on request. Dogs allowed subject to good behaviour. Grocery shop in the village.
