From Narbonne la Romaine, take the road that winds through the Massif de la Clape; you'll already have a glimpse of the magnificent panorama over the Mediterranean Sea and the garrigues surrounding Narbonne Plage.
Located on the seafront, the residence has direct access to the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean. Shops and activities are close at hand: mini-market, restaurants, snack bars, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist's, entertainment, etc. There are also plenty of lovely walks and cycle rides.
There are many treasures to discover in the surrounding area: Narbonne and its historic heritage, the Gouffre de l'Oeil-Doux, the region's typical markets, the village of Gruissan and its famous chalets, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park with its breathtaking natural landscapes, Fontfroide Abbey and the Sigean African reserve.
On-site, you'll love the balcony where you can watch the sunrise over the sea as you eat breakfast, and in the evening, contemplate the stars above the beach. This little cocoon for two guarantees a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The refurbished studio is located on the 3rd floor of the residence and is equipped with:
- a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed (160x200cm) and a TV opposite
- a kitchen opening onto the living room
- a shower room with shower and WC
