The lake is a jewel of the region, offering a range of activities including fishing, hiking, windsurfing and boating. This little jewel of the region invites you to stroll through its steep streets. The area around the gîte is ideal for walking and cycling.

Nearby, less than 20 minutes from the gîte, you can visit the whole of the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park with its magnificent landscapes, the beautiful wild beaches of the Mediterranean, the Sigean African reserve or Narbonne la Romaine.

On site, the gîte has a large private outdoor area: 2 terraces with two atmospheres! On the ground floor, the first terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue with a beautiful view over the lake, while the 2nd terrace on the first floor has sun loungers with the same sublime view over the lake. Day or night and whatever the weather, the scenery is never the same.

The gîte opens onto the ground floor with the living room (TV, sofa). On the right is the dining room with a table adapted to the capacity and an open fully-equipped kitchen. A large lounge ideal for those seeking peace and quiet with an idyllic view through the bay window onto the terrace and pond with armchairs. Separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs, the stairs lead to a corridor that leads on the right to an airlock with a bench for your belongings and direct access to the separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. On the left is the first bedroom with a 140cm bed, facing the pond. The upstairs suite comprises two bedrooms, the first with a 150cm bed and the second with two 90cm beds.
