The gîte's location offers you the opportunity to visit several must-see places such as the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the book village of Montolieu, or to follow the Aragon "capitelles" circuit.
Starting from the gîte, you can set off to discover the many walking and mountain biking trails in the scrublands surrounding the village.
Le Jas is located on a 12,000m² plot of land planted with holm oaks, which you will share with the owner.
On-site, you can enjoy the private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
There is a shared swimming pool (9.50m x 4.70m, depth 1.30m to 2m), with a pool house and a table tennis table.
The single-story gîte includes: _an air-conditioned living room and kitchen, with a sofa bed (140cm), opening onto the terrace. _a bedroom with a 160cm bed, communicating with the shower room. _a shower room. _a separate toilet.
Private parking next to the gîte.
Sheets, towels, and cleaning are offered as optional extras.

Excellent accueil, un endroit très calme,le gîte est tout confort, literie excellente ,la piscine est super, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et bien reposé on recommande en plus très proche de la cité de Carcassonne et bien d'autres choses à visiter on a hâte d'y retourner !!!!!!!.
