The medieval city of Carcassonne is just 8 minutes away by car. The Canal du Midi, another of the department's jewels and a UNESCO World Heritage site, is just 1km from the gîte, and you can enjoy beautiful walks along the Canal and along the banks of the River Aude, which is less than 100m away. Fishing and hiking enthusiasts will be well catered for! On site, the owner-winemakers can introduce you to the world of wine with a tour of their estate and a tasting session that will delight your taste buds.

A private swimming pool is available to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Dimensions of the pool: 8x4m, depth 1m70 with a 30cm water surface for toddlers. The pool is open from early May to late September. Currently under construction, photos will be published when it is completed by March 2025.

The gîte also has a private terrace with a barbecue to liven up your summer evenings with barbecues. You also have access to the entire estate, with a large outdoor area where you can relax in the shade under the trees or stroll through the estate's vineyards. The gîte has an internet connection to keep you connected. On the ground floor there is a dining room, a lounge with sofas and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) and a third bedroom with a double bed (160cm) which has its own private balcony. Shower room with washbasin and WC. Large shared outdoor space.
