This detached character house is located in the heart of the village in a peaceful setting, yet within easy reach of all amenities (grocery shop, bakery, restaurant, entertainment during the summer months). Many walks and cycle rides are possible from the gîte, including access to the Chapelle Saint-Martin, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding area. You'll also be well placed to visit the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park and all its treasures in terms of wildlife, flora and landscapes. The beautiful Mediterranean beaches are less than 15 minutes away by car. On site, the gîte has a private terrace with garden furniture and a plancha to liven up your meals in the summer months. There is private, enclosed parking inside the property. A visit to the cooperative wine cellar is possible with the owner, where you will appreciate the local culture and terroir.

La Cave de Papé is a former wine cellar comprising, on the ground floor, a large air-conditioned living room with a sitting area (sofa, armchairs and connected TV), a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen located right next to the laundry room (washing machine). There is also a separate WC and a storage room. Upstairs (also air-conditioned), a first bedroom with a 160cm bed and a second bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be joined together. A separate shower room with a beautiful basin and walk-in shower. A 2nd separate WC. Baby facilities on request. Pets are accepted under certain conditions (€50 charge). Electric heating at extra cost. Optional services : Bathroom linen: 6€/person, sheets for 1 person: 8€/bed, sheets for 2 persons: 12€/bed. End-of-stay cleaning service: 60€.

Electricity consumption: a fixed charge of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the price. Beyond this amount, the consumption will have to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay (according to a meter reading on arrival and departure).
