Numerous sites are nearby for visits: Narbonne la Romaine with its remarkable heritage, the villages of Minervois, the Medieval City of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi (UNESCO World Heritage site) and its Port du Somail, the picturesque village of Gruissan, the landscapes of the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park, as well as the Sigean African Reserve.
A great program for your vacation! Staying here also offers the discovery of the local terroir and its wine. The village has many shops: supermarkets, restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar, a bakery, a pharmacy... everything you need is there. On-site, the gîte features a large private outdoor space with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to fully enjoy your meals. A private (above-ground) swimming pool is available for you to cool off and relax after a day of sightseeing, open from May to the end of September (weather permitting).
Parking is private and secure within the property. The air-conditioned gîte has on the ground floor: - A living room with a lounge area (sofa and smart TV), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a dining table, - A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, toilet, and sink, Upstairs: - A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a smart TV, - A second bedroom with a 160x190cm bed and a smart TV, - A separate toilet, - A separate shower room (double vanity and shower), - A third bedroom, a beautiful and spacious master suite with a 180x200cm bed, a smart TV, a desk area, and an adjoining private bathroom (whirlpool bath with jets for moments of relaxation for your body and a vanity). Baby equipment available upon request. The gîte is located slightly apart from the owners' house on the same plot.
It shares a wall with another gîte, and each is perfectly independent. La Douce Olivette is situated in a village in the Narbonne region, just 20km from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches. Electricity consumption: a flat rate of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the price.
Beyond this, consumption will be payable at the end of your stay to the owner (based on a meter reading upon arrival and departure).

Notre hôte était très à l'écoute de nos éventuelles demandes.Hormis un petit souci se stabilisation de l'eau de la piscine (toutefois, vite pris en charge avec beaucoup de sérieux).Merci Olivier, pour ton accueil et ta bienveillance nous avons bien profité de ce bel endroit.à bientôt j'espère.

Le gîte est très accueillant. Rien ne manque!Le propriétaire malgré une grippe carabinée, nous a réservé un excellent accueil et nous a conseillé sur les visites à faire autour.La ville de Narbonne est à même pas dix minutes.A conseiller vivement
