Adapted for a maximum capacity of 4 people, the house is ideal for couples staying in this medieval city for a few nights or for a long stay! This former pizzeria has been completely renovated with taste for a comfortable holiday in a modern and unique accommodation.
On-site, you will have a large outdoor space with a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, table football, and table tennis, surrounded by a large fenced garden suitable for children and your small pets.
Parking is private and secure within the property for one car; if you have a second vehicle, you can easily park in front of the cottage.
A supermarket is located 100m from the cottage and a shopping area is 2 minutes away by car (restaurants, cinema, shops).
The cottage is located in a quiet residential area.
Nearby, you can visit: the Canal du Midi, Lake Cavayère, the splendid landscapes of the Black Mountain, the Cathar castles of Saissac or Lastours, or charming villages of the Midi (Montolieu, Caunes-Minervois).
This single-story house opens onto a large living room equipped with a lounge area (double sofa bed, armchair, and smart TV, dining table) and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
A separate, modern, and spacious bathroom offers a beautiful whirlpool tub where you can relax.
The bathroom is equipped with a double vanity and a separate toilet.
To finish the tour, a magnificent bedroom with a 140cm bed, a TV, an adjoining private shower, all in a modern and warm decor.
Pets are welcome (supplement of €20 per pet for the stay).

Gite bien aménagé, très propre. Propriétaire agréable. Seul bémol, gite situé près de la rocade entre 2 ronds points donc très bruyant à l'extérieur de la journée.
