Suitable for up to 4 people, the house is ideal for couples coming to stay in the medieval town for a few nights or for a longer stay! This former pizzeria has been tastefully renovated for a comfortable holiday in modern, unusual accommodation.
On site, you will have a large outdoor area with a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, table football and table tennis, surrounded by a large fenced garden suitable for children and small pets. There is private, secure parking inside the property for one car; if you have a 2nd vehicle, you can park easily in front of the gîte. There is a supermarket 100m from the gîte and a shopping area 2 minutes' drive away (restaurants, cinema, shops).
The gîte is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby you can visit: the Canal du Midi, the Lac de la Cavayère, the splendid landscapes of the Montagne Noire, the Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours or the charming villages of the Midi (Montolieu, Caunes-Minervois).
The single-storey house opens onto a large living room with a sitting area (double sofa bed, armchair and connected TV, dining table) and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. An independent, modern and spacious bathroom with a beautiful whirlpool bath where you can relax. The bathroom has a double washbasin and an enclosed WC. Finally, there is a magnificent bedroom with a double bed (140cm), TV and en-suite shower, all decorated in a warm, modern style.
Pets are welcome (€20 supplement for the stay/pet).

Gite bien aménagé, très propre. Propriétaire agréable. Seul bémol, gite situé près de la rocade entre 2 ronds points donc très bruyant à l'extérieur de la journée.
