Villetta Il Sospiro del Vento is a fantastic property within a complex of villas located near the center of Porto Cervo.
This residential complex is equipped with a shared swimming pool and a padel court.
The property is a beautiful example of light and white, prime elements of the architectural style of the Costa Smeralda which, combined with the countless shades of wood, give the room a warm feeling of home.
Outside, a spacious veranda equipped with a lounge area allows one to spend some relaxing moments in company or to enjoy the breathtaking sea view. ===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== Inside, villetta Il Sospiro del Vento is structured on a single floor occupied by a spacious and, thanks to the transparency of the french windows, a very bright open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and embellished with furniture, an example of Sardinian craftmanship, and a living zone with a comfortable sofa.
To complete the floor, two bedrooms one double and one with two single beds, both very bright and constant in the coastal style. Please note: - it is possible to add 1 bed for the 5th guest at a cost of € 30/day; - the swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20; - padel costs €40 for an hour and a half in the low season and €60 for an hour and a half in high season.
The price of the rackets amounts to €5 each. The interior of the villa may be slightly different depending on the booking and the period.
However, photos will be sent before arrival. Extra services on request: Deposit by credit card: €700.00 High chair (on request): 50.00€ per child Baby cot (on request): 50.00€ per child Pool towels (on request): 8.00€ per person Pets (on request): 100.00€ per pet Arrival after standard time (on request): 30.00€ Arrival after standard time (after 22:00) (on request): 50.00€ NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs Please note: the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners. The overall stay was absolutely wonderful with exceptional service. We were well treated by the Sardinia Unlimited staff right from the airport, throughout our vacation until we took off. The boat trip was a new experience and we loved it.
