Ground floor: living room-kitchen with fireplace insert, balcony and garden with garden furniture.
Upstairs mezzanine with 2 beds 90 1 and folding cot.
Sheets and towels are not provided.

Tourist tax: 0.50€/J/pers. trail hiking and observation at the start of the House up to the peninsula.
Fishing possible. The hamlet of Lake is located 3 km from Sigean and borders the Lake of Bages and the reserve of Sigean African at the heart of the natural park of the Narbonne.
The cottage is in deviation of the hamlet on a wine estate, near another cottage.
Observation of the fauna and flora on private beach on the Lake of Bages and the peninsula of the ulus.
