The gite LES MOUSSELS, in its preserved setting surrounded by meadows, forests, and cows, will allow you to discover the region's attractions: Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, the Mazamet Footbridge, the Medieval City of Carcassonne, the Albi Cathedral, the Cathar Castles of Lastours, Lake des Montagnès, the wild lake of Laprade, etc. This comfortable gite offers you a getaway in a preserved natural environment.

Nestled in the Black Mountain, it is ideally located for nature lovers. With a capacity of 6 people, LES MOUSSELS consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, pod coffee maker and traditional coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher) with a wood-burning stove (wood included), a lounge area with a sofa, above: an open mezzanine overlooking the living room, with a 140 cm bed and a relaxation area, a first bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with double sinks and a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds (which can be joined upon request).

The gite is equipped with air conditioning. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture and a wood barbecue for summer evenings with a special guest: the peacock, the farm's mascot. Baby furniture available upon request.

Cleaning service available upon request for €40. Wifi is available but may not always work, and the telephone network is not always reliable. In the heart of the Black Mountain, between Carcassonne and Mazamet, nestled within an authentic farm in the heart of nature. Electricity consumption: A flat rate of 2 kWh per day per person is included in the price.

Beyond this, consumption will be payable at the end of your stay to the owner (based on a meter reading upon arrival and departure).
