Just 4 kilometers from the Mediterranean beaches, this estate is the ideal starting point for many activities: hiking and mountain biking on the marked trails of La Clape, climbing on the limestone cliffs, or even wine discoveries thanks to the renowned vineyards of the La Clape appellation. Nearby, explore Narbonne, its cathedral and its canal, or go on an adventure in the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park and its wild lagoons.
The Gîte du Bois de l'Eau is located on an estate including two other gîtes, it offers you:
_A living room with open equipped kitchen (vitro cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, classic coffee maker),
_A bedroom with a 140 bed,
_A bathroom with vanity unit and shower,
_A separate toilet and washing machine,
_A bedroom with two 90 beds,
Outdoor space with garden furniture.
Parking space for vehicles.
Electric heating is extra.
Baby furniture optional 10€/week.

GITE TRE BIEN pas déranger par les voisins bonne prestation il manque peut etre un ou deux transats a l'exterieur car il n'y a rien pour se reposez en plus il faudrais prevoir une signalisation du gite car nous sommes ,perdus dans la garrigue manque d'aeration dans les toilettes

au cœur de la Clape, au calme et à deux pas de Gruissan village, lieu propice pour la randonnée pédestre et le VTT tout en étant proche des plaisirs de la plage. Le gite est conforme à l'annonce, spacieux et correctement équipé. Accueil bienveillant et des plus agréable. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons !

Gîte faisant partie d'un groupe de trois gîtes, mais bien indépendants les uns des autres, avec magnifique vue panoramique depuis la vaste terrasse. Il est très bien situé : au milieu de la massif forestier de la Clape (sentiers de randonnées aux alentours, tranquilité), mais à quelques minutes de la commune de Gruissan (commerces, plages)
