Electric heating extra. Located in the heart of a small village of winegrowers, 10kms from the beaches of the Aude littoral to set path between Narbonne and Perpignan.
The cottage will be the point of departure for many walks and mountain bike around the village.
Single-storey cottage accessible by a court-21 m2, sunny terrace with garden and plancha.
The gite is adjacent to the cottage No. 1302 separated by a small murette.
Large private garage under the House.
Village with all shops.
Tax payable on site.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires ( eau , jus d'orange , vin local , fleurs magnifiques !!) .ce gîte est exceptionnel et en plus très bien situé entre Narbonne et Perpignan. Très propre , bien agencé, avec du matériel électroménager de marque .je le recommande vivement !! Alain et Véro

Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui savent, avec soin et finesse, mettre tout en oeuvre pour que leurs hôtes profitent pleinement de leur séjour. Le gîte est très agréable, sans vis à vis et d'une propreté irréprochable. Merci à eux ! C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons afin de profiter sur une durée plus longue de cette belle région.
