You will stay in the totally independent Mokuzai gîte, located in a natural environment on the outskirts of Limoux (2-hectare estate).
The owners will offer you a revitalizing, ethical, and sustainable stay in their gîtes, built with respect for the environment, using local, natural, and healthy materials, and modern processes to promote energy savings.
Limoux, the "Blanquetière" city, will be your starting point to visit the numerous sites of the Cathar Country located nearby: the abbey of Saint-Hilaire, the city of Carcassonne, the village of Alet les bains, the castle of Arques, as well as for practicing white-water sports on the Haute Vallée de l'Aude.
Many shops are less than 5 minutes away.
On-site, you will enjoy the large panoramic terrace with a garden lounge and views of the Pyrenees.
A private above-ground swimming pool (4.90 x 3m, depth 1.20m, secured by an alarm) with an environmentally friendly salt-based treatment is available.
The estate offers assistance and information on various visits to plan in the region, in partnership with the tourist office.
A bicycle storage room is provided.
Limoux train station is less than 4 km away.
The gîte, entirely on one level, includes: a living room-kitchen opening onto the terrace, a separate toilet, a shower room with an Italian shower, and 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160cm and 2 beds 90cm).
There is also a pantry/laundry room.
Private parking is available in front of the gîte.
Wired internet connection is available in the gîte.

Au milieu des vignes et d'une pinède avec vue sur les pyrénées, proche des commerces, de Carcassonne et de sites remarquables, le Mokuzai, maison en bois tout confort et bien équipée. Merci à Christian et Christelle pour leur acceuil, leur enthousiasme et leur disponbilité.A louer, absolument, les yeux grands ouverts.

Logement neuf et écolo, tout confort et ultra bien pensé. Je n'ai jamais vu une location aussi bien équipée y compris la mise à disposition des condiments en tout genre, des tablettes lave vaisselle, lessive, etc. Merci à Christelle et Christian pour leur chaleureux accueil !

Accueil du propriétaire très sympathique, location propre et spacieuse (nous n’étions que deux…), très bien équipée.Petite piscine (nous le savions) mais très agréable pour se rafraîchir en ces temps caniculaires.Bien suivre les conseils du propriétaire sur le principe de l’éco-gîte, afin de garder ...
