Room (1 bed in 140) with SDE - bathroom adjoining equipped Motor handicapped accessible. 2nd bedroom (2 beds 1pers) with mezzanine (children's area) and wc access.
A 2nd shower with LL and toilet.
Central heating plus (€83 / sec).
Animals accepted except cats.
House cleaning €40 and proposed sheets €8 scheduled on-site. Single-storey gite, not ended, between pine forest, scrubland and vineyards, accessible to persons with reduced mobility with.
Mas Rojac consists of 3 cottages well independent (n 1388,1390, 2202) and the owner.
Its location is close to the village of Roquefort-des-Corbières (2 km), Sigean (supermarket), ponds of Leucate (surf) and beaches (10 min by car).
Ideal for walks and excursions on foot and by bike.
