Located between Bram and Montréal, just 20 minutes from Carcassonne and all its cultural attractions.
From the estate, numerous places are waiting to be discovered: the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the medieval village of Fanjeaux, or Castelnaudary.
You will be 1 hour from the sea and the Pyrenees if you wish to spend the day there. On-site, you can enjoy nature and tranquility by taking walks or cycling tours.
Your children can enjoy visiting the estate's animals (ponies, goats, sheep, chickens).
A large, fully private terrace in front of the cottage is at your disposal with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments in our beautiful region.
Parking is private on the estate.
You will also enjoy a private, heated swimming pool open from April to the end of October (6x4 m, 1.50 m deep).
A pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and a trampoline are shared among the other two cottages on the estate.
The estate also offers the possibility to organize corporate seminars with all the adequate facilities, as well as well-being retreats (yoga, etc.) with the availability of a yurt. The single-story cottage includes: an air-conditioned living area with a kitchen, opening onto the large terrace.
One bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed, an en-suite shower room, and toilet.
A second bedroom with a 200/210 cm bed, a bathroom, and toilet, communicating with a children's room with 2 bunk beds of 90 cm.
Electric heating.
Charging station for electric vehicles, or the possibility to rent an electric ZOE for €50 per day.
