The Domaine des Roseraies is made up of two pretty typical Norman houses on a 5200 m² estate, in a quiet village, 10 minutes from the first beach, 20 minutes from the landing beaches and the American cemetery.
You will find the Flaubert cottage, with one floor, and the Maupassant cottage, on one level, and can enjoy the large green garden.
A charging station for electric cars is available in the parking lot of the gîtes.
Petanque ground and closed bicycle garage.
The two cottages have a spacious and warm living room which welcomes you with their beautiful fireplace and their equipped kitchen.
The two bedrooms per cottage each accommodate two travelers in a cozy nest.
The sofa beds can accommodate one person.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub for Flaubert and a shower for Maupassant.
You will be able to enjoy a very soothing environment, with a large enclosed garden not overlooked, the view of the Bessin marshes to the north, and to the south at the top of the property, fields with Norman cows and a view of the church of town.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay in the middle of the Bessin, in a magnificent region steeped in history.
