A corner of paradise in the green of the magnificent Tuscan countryside.
A lovely apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and large veranda, free WI FI.
Relax and nature just 10 minutes from the historic center of Siena.
The apartment, entirely on the ground floor, is located in a wonderful typical Tuscan farmhouse from the early 1900s, completely renovated, surrounded by green countryside, and is located in the Costafabbri area.
The historic center of Siena can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Given the location of the apartment, we prefer to accept guests with cars, motorbikes or bicycles.
Public transportation is not available (bus, tram, metro, etc.). Two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a large veranda are available to guests.
The external veranda overlooks the delightful and large garden, lovingly cared for by the owners. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out and will always be available to guests for any needs and to provide suggestions and useful information to make your stay in Siena special. Maximum respect for the apartment is required. Smoking is not allowed in the house but only outside (an ashtray will be available on the veranda). Pets are not allowed. The price includes sheets, towels and final cleaning. It is forbidden to use the fireplace inside the apartment. CITY TAX The Municipality of Siena has imposed a tourist tax for those staying overnight in one of the accommodation facilities in the municipal area.
The daily amount per person is € 2.00.
The tourist tax is NOT INCLUDED in the price of the apartment and will be paid on the spot upon your arrival. It is forbidden to bring other people into the apartment, in addition to those for whom the reservation has been made.

Royaal huis met groot overdekt terras en fraai uitzicht. Geluid van de autoweg draagt wel over als de wind verkeerd staat. Je komt binnen via een lange oprijlaan en staat derhalve geparkeerd achter een poort.

We just loved this! Gorgeous spot, accessible to many wonderful sights, lovely apartment. Sara the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Maybe the best part was waking up to dawn rising in the hills with a cacophony of blackbird warbling and rooster crowing
