This 110m2 house offers a living room open to the kitchen and a south-facing terrace with open views of the gardens.
On the first floor there is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet, a linen room.
Upstairs 3 spacious bedrooms and a toilet on the landing.
- 180x200 bed and baby bed, - Bed 160x200 - 3 single beds
It is equipped to be functional.

As we are not on site, we bring in a trusted person to prepare the accommodation for each new arrival of guests.

It is easy to park on the street or 50 meters away in a cul-de-sac.

Nous sommes arrivés en pleine canicule et nous avons eu la bonne surprise de voir que l'ensemble de la maison était équipée de clim ! À nous des bonnes nuits de sommeil. La maison est conviviale, la cuisine est bien équipée, et la communication avec la propriétaire hyper efficace. Je recommande à 100% ! Le village de Chinon est en plus très mignon.

We loved Marie’s home. It had everything thing we needed. Plenty of space and beautifully decorated.
