You live on spacious 81m² on the first floor, where up to 6 people can be accommodated.
The bedroom 1 is equipped with a boxspring bed (2m x 1.80m) in addition with a couch 2m x 0.9m, a wardrobe, a desk a sideboard and a safe for your valuables and a wall-mounted TV.
The bedroom 2 can be used as a living room or as a bedroom. It is furnished as a living room with wall unit, 55 inch TV, armchairs, coffee table and writing desk. In addition a special couch with the dimensions of a normal double bed 2m x 1.80 m lying surface pleasantly soft. Enough space for your clothes can be found in the respective bedrooms.
Bed linen (2.20 x 1.55 m) is included in the price.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are sufficiently available.
The double sofa bed in the kitchen is 2m x 1.40 m and rather an emergency shelter for 2 people, but for one person it is more than adequate. The kitchen table is extendable, so that you can use it with up to 8 people.
The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, toilet, sink and hair dryer. Bath towels are sufficiently ready.

Es hat alles gepasst- die Kommunikation mit einem speziell ortskundigen Gastgeber war sehr gut, bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an Nichts gefehlt, die FeWo ist ein gutdurchdachtes "Schmuckstück" zum Wohnen mit edlen Materialien und moderner Haustechnik, Lage ruhig und gleichzeitig gute Verkehrsanbindung... Was will man mehr bei einem Städtetrip o.a.m.- wir kommen gern mal wieder!

Everything was fine, super clean, easy arrival, apartment is very comfortable. The only thing is that we were surprised to have to pay a supplement upon arrival for the bed sheets and towels. Maybe they should adjust the price to include it. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

Das Objekt ist super.Vermieter sehr sehr nett. Trotz fehlender Information der Agentur, hat er uns kurzfristig die Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Agentur hatte unsere Buchung nicht weiter gegeben. Am Ende alles gut und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
