Logement situé dans une maison ancienne. La configuration de l'appartement correspond à l'ancienneté de construction de la maison.
Non accessible à des personnes handicapées. Proche du centre et des commerces.
Situation idéale pour visiter Morlaix .
Un peu de bruit le WE avec le bar mais rien d'insupportable.
Propriétaire accueillant et facilitant l'arrivée de ses occupants.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été interpelés par l'odeur d'humidité. Nos doutes ont été confirmés par la présence de moisissures dans les différentes pièces, en particulier à l'étage des chambres. Nous avons donc préféré quitter l'appartement.
