Located on the island of Sant’Antioco, just an hour from Cagliari Airport and connected to mainland Sardinia by an isthmus, this villa combines comfort, nature, and adventure in an idyllic setting.

- Flat rocks for sunbathing
- Crystal-clear waters, ideal for snorkeling and spotting fish, octopuses, and crayfish
- Varied ledges for cliff jumping (3m, 5m, and 10m )
For more adventurous water sports & activities, Sant’Antioco is home to some of Sardinia’s best:
- Kitesurfing & Windsurfing : The lagoons of Sa Barra, Porto Botte, and Punta Trettu (15 minutes away) provide world-class flatwater and strong thermal winds—ideal for freestyle riders. Shallow sand water and the wind channeled in between the Sardinia main island and the island of Sant'Antioco create strong consistent gusts from thermal summer winds and flat water, a very secure spot for beginners and freestylers alike, with plenty of kite schools and camps around.

La casa vale per la vista dal terrazzo, dal quale si gode di un ottimo panorama.
Si raggiungono comodamente a piedi: Cala Sapone 950m e Cala della Signora (600m)
Suggerimento: cambiare i materassi, sistemare le zanzariere nelle camere e, perchè no, mettere l'aria condizionata.

Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!
