Charming family home in the Rétaise style, located in the centre of the island in the town of Ars-en-Ré, featuring a 580 m² garden with trees, fully enclosed by walls, and outbuildings. The perfect home for your holidays with family or friends! Just 100 metres from the beach.
Bike paths and a beautiful beach are right at the house’s doorstep, and shops are just a 10-minute bike ride away.
The main house features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, with access to the patio and garden.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious entryway, a half-bath, a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms (160 beds) with storage, and a bathroom with a tub and shower.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom (two 90-bed beds) with storage, a TV room (flat-screen smart TV) with a sofa.
In the garden, there is a pleasant outbuilding with a shower room, a bedroom (140-bed bed), all separated by a trellis, and a separate toilet.
A laundry room with a washing machine, storage space on the shelves, and a sink where you can prepare your seafood in a cosy atmosphere.
A sunny courtyard with an imposing palm tree, opening directly onto the bike path, featuring garden furniture, a parasol, and two chairs where you can relax or enjoy a good book in the shade of two olive trees.
At the back of the house, the 500 m² garden features a beautiful olive tree and is accessible by car through a gate. It includes garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and two lounge chairs for relaxing, as well as a graveled area for a game of pétanque. You can store your bikes, windsurf boards, or surfboards there (a faucet with a hose is provided so you can rinse your feet when you return from the beach).

Fully equipped open kitchen: induction cooktop, range hood, oven, toaster, kettle, large 4-door fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink, 8-cup coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, plenty of storage space.
Living room: a table with two extension leaves, a sideboard, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a Sonos Symfonisk speaker, a wood-burning fireplace insert, and a large sofa with two armchairs. Access from the entrance leading to the courtyard and from the living room leading to the garden with a terrace. Natural light floods through the space thanks to its dual exposure.
Weekly rentals run from Saturday at 4:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM (30% due at booking, with the balance due one month before arrival). Failure to pay the balance one month before arrival will automatically cancel your reservation.
The non-refundable security deposit of 2,000 euros must be provided by check to the concierge desk at the start of your stay and will be returned to you following the end-of-stay inspection.
For bike rentals, you can reserve and have the bikes delivered to the house through CYCLAND in Ars-en-Ré—they are very accommodating and extremely friendly.

Emplacement idéal,À proximité de la plage ,(Attention la traversée de la route)Également quand vous sortez de l’impasse,(Attention aux vélos dans les 2 sens).Logement très bien équipé, il ne manque rien..Les nuits sont très calmes..

Maison très agréable avec sa déco vintage et la cuisine très fonctionnelle. La piscine est petite mais très propre et bien chaude. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses, tout comme le living. Bref une adresse bien située pour un séjour réussi. Seule la pelouse du jardin et le BBQ ne sont pas à la hauteur des prestations.

Maison idéalement située à quelques pas de la plage et des pistes cyclables à travers les marais salant. Très bien équipée, piscine agréable et chauffée pour notre séjour en avril. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
