Looking for a waterfront weekend in Poitiers? Discover this superb, brand-new, tastefully decorated T4 apartment in a beautiful historic building. The apartment is located at the bottom of Poitiers town center, on the 2nd floor of a small residence. The apartment offers a sublime, relaxing view over the Clain, Poitiers' river.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a wide corridor and plenty of storage space, a comfortable and spacious living/dining area, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave...). There are 3 large bedrooms, each with a double bed and dressing room. Each bedroom has its own TV! Finally, the apartment has two brand-new shower rooms.
All the necessary comforts are provided on site, as well as household linen. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay with family or friends!
Recent soundproofing in the bedrooms
Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous. The keys are in a secured box.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est lumineux et très agréable. Nous avons profité du futuroscope (à 25 /30 minutes en voiture) et découvert le centre ville de Rouen à pieds. Attention pour ceux qui n’en auraient pas l’habitude : les parquets (superbes) grincent : on entend donc les voisins du dessus !
